XCXing, LSD & chillin' in the hot tub

Super girl's sister was in town along with her friend the ninja girl so they went out to the XCX race for a little foot work. Feeling a little devilish I decided to engage in a some "fright business" and scare the competitors as they emerged from firecracker cove. Later, ninja girl's friend Kaiem & I played a little volleyball with the decapitated zombie head much to everyone's dismay. XCX was a scary good time!

Sunday, "A-Cups" aka "The Ripper" took us out for an LSD ride, read all about it here. He lead us on a fantastical journey with some good bits & pieces like riding around a lake complete with a 30 mph speed jump where you could catch 4 feet of air without really trying, a little discerning on a cross bike! It was a fun "training" ride despite the constant head wind and the fact we didn't bring lights to finish the ambitious route, ha ha maybe next time. Oh one more thing, spending some time in a hot tub after a long ride couldn't be a better way to end a chill day especially with a cold beer in hand!
